il POMODORO o Solanum lycopersicum è un eccellente alleato della pelle ! E' un ortaggio prettamente estivo ma la cui reperibilità ora è per tutto l'anno. Il Pomodoro è ricco di tante qualità e virtù per la salute e non solo, anche per la cura e la bellezza della PELLE. Potrebbe essere considerato il MIGLIORE AMICO PER LA PELLE , non solo mangiandolo ma utilizzandolo anche per la preparazione di creme ed impacchi.
Il merito di quest'amicizia è la forte presenza di LICOPENE , sotsnaza antiossidante , che dà questo colore a questo frutto come ad altri (melone, fragola, albicocca, uva, ecc...). E' una sostanza di color ROSSO contenuta in alta percentuale nella frutta e negli ortaggi prodotto freschi (da 40 a 400mg/kg), conbatte i radicali liberi, migliora la densità della pelle e protegge le fibre di collagene. La quantità di licopene aumenta con l'aumento della maturazione del pomodoro, quindi la sua presenza in un concentrato di pomodoro è fino a 10 volte superiore che nel prodotto fresco di raccolta. inoltre, il Pomodoro contiene acidi organici, carotenoidi , Vitamina A ( abbassa la secrezione di sebo con azione astringente) e C (abbassa il pH della pelle) . E comunque si dovrebbe sempre mangiare il Pomodoro, cotto, crudo, fresco, concentrato!

Le Tomate ou Solanum lycopersicum est un excellent ami de notre peau. Il est un végétable surtout estivalier mais aujourd'hui on le trouve pendant toute l'année. Il est plein des vertus et de bonne squalités pour notre santé et la beauté de la peau puisqu'on prépare des crèmes et des compresses très bonnes.
Le mérite de cette "amitié pour la peau" est du Lycopene , une substance antoxidante qui donnela couleur au tomate et d'autres fruits (fraise, apricot, melon, raisin, etc..) . C'est une substance ROUGE contenue dans les produits en percentage différant selon si le produit est frais ou bien mature : de 40 à 400mg/kg (dans le tomate concentré il y a 10 fois de lycopene plus que dans un tomate frais!) . Le Lycopene combat les radicaux libres, améliore la densité de la peau et protège les fibres de collagène .

Ingredienti : 1 pomodoro tondo- 1 cucchiaio di zucchero
Tagliare la calotta superiore del pomodoro con un coltello ben affilato e cospargela di zucchero. Portate il pomodoro"zuccherato" sul viso e massagiatelo con piccoli movimenti circolari e lenti.
Lasciare asciugare per 10 minuti e fare assorbire tutte le sostanzebenefiche e poi asciugare.

Cut the upper top of the tomato with a nicely sharpened knife and spinkle the top with the sugar. Pass the tomato on your face and massage with small slow circulat movements. Let dry the whole for 10 minutes to absorb all good substances and then dry your face.

Couper la partie supérieur du tomate avec un couteau bien pointu et saupoudrez avec tout le sucre. Passez le tomate ... sucré sur vtre visage et massez avec des mouvements légérs et circulaires.
Laissez secher pendant 10 minutes et quand vous avez absorbé toutes les substances bénéfiques sechez votre visage.
