Il Gallo fermaporta - Red Rooster doorstopper- Le Coq bloque-porte

Eccomi con il mio piccolo gallo fermaporta , molto U.S.A.! Dopo un bel pò di tempo che mi girava attorno( anzi , a dire il vero, i pezzi di cui è copmposto, tagliati ed imbastiti) , ho trovato la volontà di chiudere anche questo lavoro già cominciato.

Il disegno ovviamente è pre-stapato e si trattava di tagliare i pezzi, cucirli, imbottirli dove necessario e aggiungere un peso nell parte terminale del gallo .

Dovrò rifinirlo con qualche piccola decorazione in stile country, ma intanto ecco Red Rooster!

Here I am with this little real -USA Rooster doorstopper, cut from a pre-printed pattern , sewn, filled  and assembled .

It was in my "waiting list" of the works to complete since long time and he started to claim for his real postion not just a basket ! I must add some  country embellishments and/or decorations and he'll have a more friendly aspect ! For the moment Red Rooster- this is is name- is happy to be at least around!

Voilà le coq très américain  qui a été pour quelques temps  dans un panier avec d'autres travaux à terminer . Je crois qu'il était assez ennervé de rester là dedans et il voulait sortir! Donc, les pièces pre-imprimées du coq on étè cousues , rembourrées et assemblées . Mon Red Rooster (son nom) a un peu l'air aggressive mais je crois que avec quelque petite déco en style country , ilsera sans doute plus doux!!!
