FRUITS OF THE HARVEST

Ecco il "piccolo " lavoretto che ho iniziato , finalmente (insieme agli altri 6000 già iniziati!!) da "The Cat's Whiskers" questo delizioso schema per completare in lino una trousse per gli oggetti da ricamo e/o da cucito .

Il libretto con lo schema  viene da Dinky Dyes ed è stato ordinato parecchi mesi fa. A parte, con Sew & So ho preso tutti i filati in SETA (sempre di Dinky Dies)  per fare il punto croce a 2 fili e in una merceria di Parma i nastri in raso che si abbinassero al meglio ai colori dei filati.

Le "petit " travail que je viens de commencer ( un de 6000 commencés, hélas!) qui vient de The Cat's whiskers  . Il ya une trousse pour broder et/ou coudre . La grille -pamplet a été achetée il y a long temps. Les fils à broder ont de Dinky Dies (Australie) on été achetés chez Sew and Saw, UK et ils sont tous en SOIE à broder à 2 fils .Le sruban en soie ont été achetés à Parma .

The "little" work I 've just started (1 of the 6000 started!) comes from The Cat's Whiskers. It is a tiny bag to place all necessary to embroider and/or to sew and was taken there long time ago . From Sew and Saw, UK , I bought the threads which are Dinky Dyes of Australia and made in SILK (silk from Thailand) to cross stitch , while silk ribbons comes from a shop of Parma.

Inoltre Lino Cashel bianco antico  e perline Mill Hill .Come vedete oltre alla trousse principale  si fanno anche le tasche interne dove inserire i filati, gli spilli  , ecc.. ed anche un delizioso ciondolo per forbici a forma di fragola interamente ricamato.

J'utilise Lin CASHEL 28 p. blanc ou bien blanc antique , petite perles d'or par Mill Hill à completer l'ouvrage. C'est une trousse pour la brodeuse et à l'interieur il y a 3 petites poches brodées aussi pour arranger les ciseaux , les epingles, les echevettes, etcetera.. et aussi une  delicieuse fraise brodée et liée aux ciseaux  .

I am using CASHEL linen 28 ct. white or antique white and  tiny MILL HILL golden beads . There is a main embroider's bag with three small pockets inside also embroidered and a little strawberry enbroidered charm hldign the scissors .

Il disegno è molto bello , ma trovo i colori fantastici ed era anche la prima volta che mi avvicinavo a questo tipo di filati in seta , soffici e dalle sfumature insolite.

Le desssin est très beau mais je trouve les couleurs fantastiques . C'est  aussi la première fois que je prend en considération les fils en soie qui est absolument unique, soyeux et avec des  nuances très belles.

The design is gorgeous but I think the colours used are simply fantastic . It is also the first time I'm using the silk floss which is unique cause particularly  soft and with unusual shadows.

 Ecco la matassina 150 , una fra le  più variopinte  . il colore si chiama ARALUEN e prende il nome dall'Araluen Botanic Parc che si estende per 150 ettari nella zona Ovest di Perth, Australia. un parco dove sono presenti tante specie erboree e quindi le colorazioni assumono sfumature fantastiche . Qui sotto the Grove of the Unforgotten dentro il Parco Arulean ..

Voilà l'echevette 150 , une de plus belles   et qui s'appelle Arulean à la suite du Parc Botanique Arulean  de 60 hectares dans le region ouest de Perth, Australie . Il est plein de diffèrantes plantes  et fleurs dont les couleurs sont formidables. Voici une photo du parc.

Here is skein 150 of Dinky Dyes, one of the richest in colour shadows . It's name is ARALUEN  and comes after the Botanic Park of Araluen located over 60 hectares (150 acres)in Western Perth, Australia . The Park presents a very rich vegetation of plants and wonderful flowers and leftside a glance over it.
