 In effetti  fare compere, spesucce, spesso e volentieri è un toccasana per il morale, per la mente e anche per l'orgoglio femminile. Meno toccasana , per il portafogli!! Sono stata a Vicenza  ad "Abilmente" che è sempre una bella e grande fiera con tantissime "assatanate" come e peggio di me (specie le over 50 !!) . Tanti stands , alcuni grossi nomi mancanti (Casa Cenina, Rovaris,..) ma molti "classici " presenti (Renato Parolin con lui in persona, la Bottega di Elisa, Il Giardino di stoffa, ecc.. ) . Comprare non è difficile sia per i propri lavoretti sia per decorare la casa  e quando poi il tutto è spruzzato di una ventata di spirito pre-natalizio , allora tutto è concesso, hi hi .

Definetely doing shopping , buying the things you love is most of times healthy for your moral , for your mind and also for our female's pride. Less healthy shopping is for your wallet !!!! I have been in Vicenza, Italy and visit the biggest Italian exhibition of crafts and arts , ABILMENTE . With me, thousand of other crazy ladies  carrying trolleys and luggage to better place their puchases !! . Many stands , some well known not present , while many other "classic " stands still there (like Renato parolin's one with him inside).

Buying isn't that difficult  cause there are many things for one's crafts and art but also for home decoration  . Additionally, this Fall edition pre-announces the Christmas spirit by which all people are emchanted .. here below some of my purchases...

Oui, en effet faire des achats aide beaucoup notre moral, notre esprit , et aussi notre orgueil feminin , même si pas trop pour notre portefeuille et ... la carte de crédit!! Je suis allée à la foire Abilmente de Vicence , Italie :il y avait  un tas choses intéressantes  et difficiles à...éviter! Donc, parmi milliers de femmes , armèes de trolleys , grand sacs, valises  j'ai cherchè de voir  et d' acheter  des choses   dont j'avais fait une liste . Malheureusement tout était là, à ma disposition pour etre acheté !  Voilà un tit panorama...

One of the gifts I granted  myself : a Rotary mat , such a brilliant idea I couldn't miss  to avoir strange positions when cutting fabrics : if you don't have it, ask Santa!  

Un des cadeaux que je me suis fait: un Rotary mat pour évietr de faire de drole de contorsions pour couper le tissu .Le tapis tourne et vous ne bougez pas l'étoffe : si vous ne l'avez pas , il faut écrire à Santa!

Doveva essere una giornata tranquilla, senza tante spese , cartedi credito sigillate e portafogli con banconote di piccola taglia...e poi...

Hope you won't do as this husband did in vicenza during the Fair  and run over by thousand shopping women . He is sleeping taking care of his wife's case of items bought!! Poor ..

These are little things I bought in Vicenza : All credits cards were locked and the wallet was only keeping small banknotes  to avoid spending too much money , but...

J'espère que vus n'allez pas devenir comme ce mari qui a vecu une journée parmi centaines de femmes engagées dans le shopping et il est completement fini .. Il dort en gardant la valise des achats de sa femme, le pauvre..., Voilà mes petits achats .. Toutes les cartes de crédit étaient bien fermées , le portefeuille gardait seulement petites banconotes (5,10 euros)  pour éviter de depenser comme d'habitude beaucoup d'argent , mais...aprés..

Un petit coussin porte ciseaux en lin et coussinet avec la Tour Eiffel en miniature cadeau de Flò, ma soeur . La Foire CREATTIVA de Bergame où on était ensemble a eu un grand succés!!!Merci, Flò!

 Un breve post per dirvi che ci sono ancora anche se , come sapete, in questi giorni vado un pò  a... "scarto ridotto" , cioè molto lentamente.Volevo solo dirvi che sono molto contenta del mio ultimo acquisto (Casa Cenina) del Catalogo /Carta dei Colori di DMC , un vero e proprio tesoretto che include la lista del Mouliné Speciale 25 (un 6 fili da ricamo), quella del Mouliné effetto LUce , del Cotone Perlé , del Mouliné a variazione di colore e del Perlé Metallizzato. Non finivo più di aprire pagine ! D'accordo che ci siano anche altri filati di altrettanto ottime case produttrici , ma guardate che spettacolo DMC! sono rimasta particolarmente affascinata dalla quantità di variazione di colore e sfumature nel Mouliné effetto LUCE.

Un pò caro questo catalogo, ma visto che è utile e che non si cambia esattamente tutti i mesi , mi fa piacere averlo preso!

Hello everybody! I am slowly returning to write my posts on the blog : my recovery is improving day by day  I feel much better. I just wanted to show you my last recent purchase(at Casa Cenina's) , a quite indispensable tool for embroiders:

 the Color Card by DMC , rich of different lists of colors : Six Strand Embroidery Floss , the Mouliné Light Light Effects Floss, The Cotton Perlé colors, the Mouliné Color Variations Floss and the Metallic Pearl Cotton.I couldn't end watching to them , so many! I particularly admired the variations and nuances of the Light Effects Floss colors , absolutely fantastic. Of course , there are several other excellent floss producers  that we all use from time to time, but I 'm particularly kin for DMC...

Bonjour à tous! Peu à la fois je reprend à écrire mes posts . Je suis en retard avec mes visites chez les amies de la blogsphère et je m'excuse : j'arriverai chez vous ! Ce petit post est juste pour vous montrer mon dernier achat (chez Casa Cenina) :

la Carte de Couleurs, avec les différants formes de Mouliné et de Coton Perlé: Le Mouliné Spécial 25 à 6 brins ,Le Mouliné Effet Lumière (or et argent, pierres précieuses, dorures antiques, effet nacré, etc..), le Mouliné Color Variations (une palette de couleurs en un seul fil!), le Coton Perlé (Fil torsadé, au toucher satiné et soyeux ) et  le Perlé Métallisé  . J'avais pas mal de problèmes à suivre toutes les couleurs  mais à la fin j'étais ravie par le Mouliné Effet Lumière! fantastique!. Je sais bien qu'il y a un nombre d'autres excellents producteurs de fil à broder mais j'ai toujours regardé à DMC comme le "maitre" avec lequel j'ai commencé , encore très petite, mon aventure dans la broderie!

Un bellissimo paio di forbici da ricamo , lavorate a mano da un artista veneto che avevo visto in un negozio della città  specializzato in coltelleria, forbici ecc. Giorgio ha pensato di farmene regalo sapendo che l'avrei apprezzato più di qualsiasi altra cosa ... ed è vero!!

A beautiful pair of embroidery scissors seen in a local shop and hand made by an Italian artist arrived yesterday at home !! Giorgio my love was with me when I saw them and he thought it could have been something I would have loved more than anything else.. he was just right!! Un très beau pair des ciseaux à broder, fait par un artisan /artiste,  que j'avais vu dans un magazin de la ville  avce Giorgio  qui hier est retourné à la maison avec une jolie boite et ces ciseaux en pensant que j'aurais eu un tas de plaisir à les avoir et il a eu raison... ils sont très beaux !!!
